International real estate continues to serve many different needs. People from all over are deciding to pack up and move to a new country. Even more people are buying land or a second home to vacation to. There are also some who are buying throughout the world as solely an investment.

Buying a second home is being more common, especially for luxury homeowners. Having a home across the pond or below the equator is an unbelievable way to vacation. Imaging skiing down the Swiss Alps all day long and having your own home to relax in at night. Or what about scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef each winter at your own home while the rest of your neighbors are stuck at home in the cold weather.

Villa rentals are becoming hot too. I have heard of a number of people traveling to Spain or other European countries and staying in villas that they have rented. I also know this is common practice in Mexico, where you can rent a massive villa for a week or two and enjoy the warm weather while on vacation.

There are many great places being developed which makes the international real estate market an attractive investment opportunity.
